It’s an ideal garment that you can wear during your training. It’s comfy and ideal to motivate yourself, as everyone can see your midsection. You can wear it atop sports bra. Speaking of sports bra, then it offers an additional support to your bust. You can wear it on its own without tank top or shirt. There are sexy long-sleeve styles, as well as tank versions. The last but not least is well-fitted yoga pants. Make sure your bottoms fit well and you feel comfortable with your moves.
